Raffaele Scaringi
I’m Raffaele Scaringi, a 3^rd year Ph.D Student in Computer Science and Mathematics at Department of Computer Science, University of Bari Aldo Moro, Bari, Apulia, Italy. I’m working in the CILab laboratory on my Ph.D. project named “Automatic Analysis of Cultural Heritage via Artificial Intelligence”, co-funded by Exprivia.

My research interests include Computer Vision 💻👁️, Deep Learning🧠, and Knowledge Graph Learning🌐applied in the field of Digital Humanities, with a particular focus on Visual Arts🖼️.

- February 2025: Our latest work about artwork classification has been accepted for bublication in Knowledge-Based Systems;
- December 2024: A novel method of Knowledge Representation Learning applied to Predictive Process Monitoring, called PROPHET, has been accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Services Computing
- October 2024: Our latest work about the intersection of Fuzzy Logic and Deep Learning has been presented the the EXPLIMED Workshop@ECAI’24;
- September 2024: I have started a foreign internship at CAU, under the supervision of Prof. Ralf Krestel in Kiel, Germany 🇩🇪.
